Quality Impressions Service is a "sales & service" company for small
to medium size print and copy shops. The journey began in 1993 when
Paul Lippincott was sick and tired of the politics and weak support
that came with working for dealers, he decided to do his own thing
and have a go at running his own service business. Now, 17 years and many happy customers
later, Paul has built a very strong business that offers quality service
and parts at affordable prices, both of which are lacking in many areas of the printing business these days.
We hope to build this "operator friendly" website in a way that you have never seen before, by having actual photo's of the parts, parts schematic and area of the machine where it goes, you will know the part you are ordering is the correct part you need. We are working on the site daily to increase the number of parts available, concentrating first on the parts that are used most. If there is a part that you need that you don't see, please email us at support@graphicparts.net and we will respond in most cases within 2 hours. We also have a very large inventory of used parts that in many cases will work just fine for what you need to keep going, after we know what part you are looking for, we can take an actual photo of the part we have for you, email the picture to you and have it shipped within 1 or 2 days, unless it's a cylinder that must be pulled out of a machine then it may take a bit longer. All of our parts are shipped either USPS or UPS, we only charge a couple of bucks over our actual cost for shipping unlike most other companies including EBAY where people give you the items and make a killing on the shipping. We are currently dealers for the following manufacturers: Astro, Ryobi / Itek / ABDick, Challenge, Crestline, Kompac, Syntac, Lith-O-Roll, Baumfolder, Lehman, Day International, Morgana, and Xpedx.
